We have bottled a new red wine, Bennington Red on November 11.  It is very similar to a Merlot.  Lightly oaked with hints of black currant and blackberry.  It is very smooth and very dry.  We will release the wine as soon as we get labels approved.  That now takes an average of 34 days according to the TTB (federal government).  NOW AVAILABLE!!!

On January 6, we bottled our newest wine, Simply Iowa.  It is a white wine, top of the semi-sweet range.  Honey tones at first taste, some sweetness and grapefruit flavor with crisp fruit acids.

We are going to be bottling two more wines soon.

First is a new batch of Rileigh Red.  We currently only have 1 bottle left.

We are also going to bottle Rose City Red. We haven't made Rose City Red for about 5 years due to the grape vines suffering from winter kill.
