RED WINES

Our wines are available at the winery and at your local Hy-Vee and Dahls stores as well as other locations.  If the store you shop at doesn't carry our wine.  Tell the wine manager you want it.  Then they will carry it.  They only carry what people want.

Bennington Red

A beautiful deep red color with a spicy nose, flavors of black currant and blackberry. Well structured tannins with a smoky finish.  Marion County Iowa St. Croix grapes were used to craft this wine.  Similar to a Merlot.  Serve at 65 degrees F.

Rileigh Red

A sweet red wine with notes of bing cherry and raspberry.  It is crafted from Iowa grown Fontenac grapes and should be served chilled.  Winemaker's preference is 50 degrees F.  Take a drink and you get a mouth full of fruit. Great with vanilla ice cream.  Check our recipe page for details.  
Simply Red
Simply Red is a very smooth and mellow dry red with aromas of dark cherries. Pairs with pasta, veal, pork, lamb, or beef. It is made with our own Marechal Foch grapes. Serve at 65 degrees F.  Compares to an excellent Pinot Noir. For a special treat, pair Simply Red with dark chocolate.
